The most important thing is that she listens, listens to what you want and delivers. Catherine spent time with me to make sure that everything was perfect for my darling R’s funeral service. I was consulted and informed every step of the way.

This lady is very kind and empathetic, making sure that all of my requirements were granted. Catherine delivered the service for R exactly as I asked and on the day, delivered the perfect eulogy for R. Catherine was very attentive and kind at the service, keeping eye contact with me and my family throughout the service. A gentleman was taken ill at the service and Catherine handled the situation perfectly. Catherine spent time with me to find out as much about R’s life as she could and on the day she spoke so well you would have thought she had known him personally.

So many people have said to me how professional, kind and caring this lady is and most importantly, remember many parts of the eulogy because of the way it was written, perfectly! Catherine is an asset to anyone who needs a celebrant and I am sure she would be perfect for any service that requires her. “I was very impressed with the funeral service given by Catherine for my late wife, C. This has since been echoed by many family members and friends, who have commented that it was a lovely and fitting ceremony in memory of C.

Just over a week before the funeral, Catherine had spent about an hour talking with us about C, her family and our life together. We discussed the type of service we wanted as well as music and poems. She produced a draft of the service and eulogy very quickly and we could make alterations on our laptop. By asking the right questions and the way Catherine expertly delivered C’s life story during the service, with just the right emphasis throughout, she produced a eulogy which gave the impression that she had actually known C, which gave it a much more personal touch.

Throughout the whole process, Catherine put us at ease and gave us confidence that we had picked the right person. We found her very easy to talk to, extremely professional, very caring and compassionate and determined to give us exactly what we wanted, which she did. Perfectly.”
